Fadwa Barghouti

Fadwa Barghouti is the wife of political prisoner Marwan Barghouti. Marwan and Fadwa met in Birseit University, where Fadwa completed her Bachelors and Masters degrees
in law and was a prominent advocate in her own right on behalf of Palestinian prisoners, before becoming the leading campaigner for her husband’s release from his current jail term. The couple has a daughter, Ruba and three sons, Qassam, Sharaf, Arab.
